Apple Invites is a newly released app designed to simplify event invitation creation and management. Available for iPhone users on iOS 18 or later, it offers a variety of features to enhance event planning. Users can manage RSVPs, contribute to Shared Albums, and engage with Apple Music playlists. Available on the App Store and iCloud web, the app allows iCloud+ subscribers to create invitations, while anyone—regardless of whether they have an Apple Account or device—can RSVP.

Personalized Invitations: Users can create custom event invites using images from their photo library or a curated selection within the app. Devices with Apple Intelligence can generate unique visuals through the Image Playground feature for a more distinctive look.
Apple Services Integration: The app syncs with Apple Maps and Weather, giving guests accurate directions and real-time weather updates for the event. Apple Music subscribers can also set up collaborative playlists, allowing guests to add songs and enhance the event experience.
Shared Albums: Each event can include a Shared Album, where attendees can upload and view photos and videos, preserving memories in one place.
Effortless RSVP Management: Hosts can share invitations via links across any messaging platform. Guests can RSVP directly in the Apple Invites app or on the web, even without an Apple Account or Apple device. Hosts can track attendance and send updates with ease.
To create and manage events with Apple Invites, an iCloud+ subscription is required. However, all users can RSVP and participate in event activities for free, regardless of their device or Apple Account status.
